What is Business Process Management?

What is on-demand software?

On demand Software, also known as Saas (software as a service), is an application delivery model where the vendor develops, hosts and operates the application for use by its customers over the internet. Additionally, the term "web 2.0" adds the idea of collaboration and information sharing within the user's community.

When will skemma be ready?

We are planning to start a beta test period in the next couple of months. If you want to participate, leave us your email and we will let you know when we are ready.

How much will the service cost?

We are still in the process of defining our pricing model. We can tell you that it is going to be a monthly subscription fee based on the number of users, processes, and amount storage needed by your organization. Also, the price will be competitive with other existing Saas (software as a service) products. We are also planning to have special discounts for Non-profit organizations.

Will be secure to put my company's data here?

Our server's datacenter is protected by best of breed firewalls, data backups are made on a daily basis, and critical information between you and our application travels encrypted through the network. Your information really is safe with us.

What will be the requirements for using skemma?

Any moderately modern computer with a standard browser will do the job. Our application is optimized for Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Firefox 1.5 and above, and Opera.

What is skemma's the beta program?

Its purpose is letting us test our service and make adjustments based on the user’s needs. In that way we can build a product that complies with the general requirements. On the other hand, participating will let you give us your opinion, allowing us to create the product and service that best fits your needs.

What resources will I have in my beta account?

Most resources (including users and process definitions) will be unlimited. We will only restricted the disk quota to 100MB.

What will happen with my account when beta program ends?

You will be able to keep all your information but you will have to limit used resources according to the selected plan.
